First, let’s talk! During this meet and greet we will go over your home selling goals.
The pre-sale preparation is the next step in getting your house ready for the market. This step includes a Home Staging Consultation followed with professional photography of your home.
As soon as the professional photography of the home is complete, we list your home on the ML, put a sign in your yard, and an electronic lockbox on your door. Buyer’s Agents will schedule tours for their clients. During this time, I remain completely accessible and will provide you with updates and feedback. Our strategic marketing and advertising plan will continue throughout this process.
I will negotiate all offers, verify buyer’s mortgage qualifications, and navigate the contract for and with you through closing.
