A home is one of life’s biggest investments – both financially and emotionally. It’s where sacrifices, memories, and milestones are made.
Here are some of mine:
The Williamsville 2-story Colonial: It’s where I grew up with my family.
The Clarence Duplex: Built by my husband for future investment. It welcomed us after our honeymoon and later our newborn twins.
Our Clarence Dream Home: Built by my husband to be our forever home. The huge yard was where our toddler boys ran and played and laughed. Soon became our 1st heart-wrenching sale as we prepared to relocate.
The Tampa, Florida Ranch: purchased sight unseen and welcomed our family after our first distant move. Later became a tremendous stress to try to sell during the FL market crash, but our amazing Realtor marketed it like a pro and sold it before the other 66 homes on the market surrounding it.
The Elegant Franklin, TN Brick: our friendly neighbors on the quiet cul-de-sac quickly became lifelong friends, and my future Realtor and mentor.
The Transitional Home of my Parents in Clarence: this would house our family for several months after another move as we looked for and then remodeled our home in Snyder.
The Snyder Bungalow, circa 1900: Our home today, a complete remodel, where we spent the most years in one home. Our boys grew up and went off to college from here. I enjoy walking to my Hunt office right down the street.
What memories and milestones have seen you through each of your homes?
These are the reasons for my love of real estate. The heart of the home, the sacrifices made for the purchase, the investment made to help prosper your family. I would consider it a privilege to help you through the buying and selling process.
